We’ll start with a phone meeting with a BCBA to discuss your child’s needs and how we can help

Next, you’ll read and sign our consent and intake forms, submit diagnostic reports, IEP records, and your insurance information

Once assessment approval has been obtained from your insurance company, a BCBA will conduct assessments, parent interview, and a direct observation of your child

Our BCBA will review her assessments, & diagnostic reports to create an ABA Initial Report containing identified behaviors and goals. This process may require up to 15 business days.

Once our Report has been submitted to your insurance company we will need to wait approximately 10-15 Business Days for approval

A behavior technician will be matched with your family to begin ABA by building rapport with your child. We will also begin Parent Training with your BCBA
